Junior Art Skills
Suitable for ages 6 – 9 yrs
For crafty kids with big imaginations, this nine-week, step-by-step program will teach them the rudiments of drawing and painting techniques in a simplified way, using a range of mediums so that they can nurture their imaginations. A structured class for young creators, starting with popular warm-up drawing games. The focus is on fun and confidence building!
Content: Covering a variety of subjects using the three main types of drawing – Observation, Memory and Imagination. Lessons in Realistic, Still-Life, Animated Characters, Fantasy and Perspective Drawing.
Intermediate Art Skills

Suitable for ages 8 – 12 yrs
A structured junior class providing formal instruction for middle-grade creators. Teaching the rudiments of drawing in a simplified way, with added attention to detail and technique. Students are guided step-by-step to complete a different artwork each week, covering a variety of subject matter and materials. Lessons start with popular warm-up drawing games such as speed drawing and blind drawing. The focus is on fun and confidence-building!

Senior Art Skills

Suitable for ages 10 – 15yrs
This class will learn with Graphite & Coloured Pencils; Black-line Markers; Soft pastels and Watercolours.
A structured senior class providing formal art instruction for pre-teen creators. Teaching advanced elements of drawing with close attention to detail, technique and materials.
Students are guided step-by-step to complete a different artwork each week, covering a variety of subject matter and materials. Lessons start with popular warm-up drawing games such as speed drawing and blind drawing.
The focus is on fun and confidence-building while deepening those neural pathways, as well as providing some quality off-screen time!

Designed for ages 5+ (parents welcome).
Take a break from your busy life to reconnect with yourself and your child, explore the wonder of self-expression and enjoy a wonderful intuitive art experience together. It’s all about enjoying the process, learning to release our inner critics and increasing self-confidence and self-worth.
Parents are welcome to join in too for some lovely family bonding time, or simply drop your little art explorers off and we’ll do the rest! From canvas painting, and watercolours, to t-shirt designs, The Chroma Kids’ School Holiday program features various arts and craft classes designed for ages 5+.
Learn how to draw, use your brush and paint, mix colours and various techniques working step by step with the teacher in a super fun and relaxed setting.
Budding artists are supplied with all the materials they will need to transform their ideas into masterpieces during the 2-hour workshops.

From canvas and fabric painting, printing, weaving craft to pottery. The Chroma Kids’ School Holiday program features various art and craft classes designed for ages 6-14. Budding artists are supplied with all the materials they will need to transform their ideas into masterpieces over these three-and-a-half-hour workshops, which will no doubt keep their creativity at an all-time high!
Adult Art Workshops – Gold Coast
I did the feather mandala course and it was amazing. I’m not a creative person but with Kim’s guidance I produced a piece of art that I love.
So many beautiful feathers to choose from in creating our designs. And the process was easy and therapeutic and everything was provided, along with a yummy afternoon tea. I loved it so much, I’m booking in again!
I enjoyed the Drop in & Paint at the Chroma Club last week. Kim was very charismatic and informative, she took care of us all the way and helped us to create amazing paintings Such a fun place to be, delicious finger food and great people to meet. I will definitely participate again.
