Junior Art Skills
Suitable for ages 6 – 9 yrs
For crafty kids with big imaginations, this nine-week, step-by-step program introduces the fundamentals of drawing and painting in a fun, structured, and inspiring way.
Through a range of mediums and playful warm-up drawing games, young creators learn how to observe, imagine, and express their ideas with confidence.
Each session blends artistic skill-building with gentle pep talks and creative mentoring, helping children strengthen both their creativity and emotional resilience.
It’s a joyful space to explore, connect, and discover how imagination — and mindset — can shape their world.
Content: Covering a variety of subjects using the three main types of drawing – Observation, Memory and Imagination. Lessons in Realistic, Still-Life, Animated Characters, Fantasy and Perspective Drawing.
Intermediate Art Skills
Suitable for ages 8 – 12yrs
A structured junior class providing formal instruction for middle-grade creators. Teaching the rudiments of drawing in a simplified way, with added attention to detail and technique. Students are guided step-by-step to complete a different artwork each week, covering a variety of subject matter and materials. Lessons start with popular warm-up drawing games such as speed drawing and blind drawing. The focus is on fun and confidence-building!
This class will learn with Graphite & Coloured Pencils; Black-line & Copic Markers; Soft pastels and Watercolours.
Senior Art Skills
Suitable for ages 10 – 15 yrs
A structured, skill-building class designed especially for teen creators who are ready to take their art to the next level.
Students will explore a variety of materials — graphite, coloured pencils, black-line markers, soft and oil pastels, watercolours and acrylic painting and clay building — while learning how to refine their drawing techniques, develop accuracy, and build confidence in their own creative voice.
Each two-week theme focuses on a new subject or medium, giving students time to slow down, experiment, and complete a polished final artwork.
Lessons begin with fun warm-ups such as speed sketching and blind contour drawing, helping teens loosen up and find flow before diving into their main projects.
The goal? To nurture both technical skill and creative freedom — all in a relaxed, inspiring, and screen-free space that encourages self-expression and personal growth.

From canvas and fabric painting, printing, weaving craft, to pottery. The Chroma Kids’ School Holiday program offers a range of art and craft classes specifically designed for children aged 6-14. Budding artists are supplied with all the materials they will need to transform their ideas into masterpieces over these three-and-a-half-hour workshops, which will no doubt keep their creativity at an all-time high!
Full Day Art Camps
Designed for ages 6+
Get ready for a full day of colour, creativity, and confidence-building at The Chroma Club’s Full Day Art Camp!
Perfect for young artists aged 6–12, this extended session is packed with hands-on fun and plenty of space for imagination to shine. Across the day, kids will complete three exciting art projects, each designed to introduce new techniques and encourage personal expression — while keeping things relaxed, joyful, and beginner-friendly.
There’s plenty of downtime, snack and lunch breaks, and of course, loads of encouragement along the way.
Whether your child is a budding artist or just loves to create, our Full Day Art Camp is a wonderful way to spark inspiration, build new friendships, and walk away with three beautiful finished artworks in just one day.

I did the feather mandala course and it was amazing. I’m not a creative person but with Kim’s guidance I produced a piece of art that I love.
So many beautiful feathers to choose from in creating our designs. And the process was easy and therapeutic and everything was provided, along with a yummy afternoon tea. I loved it so much, I’m booking in again!
I enjoyed the Drop in & Paint at the Chroma Club last week. Kim was very charismatic and informative, she took care of us all the way and helped us to create amazing paintings Such a fun place to be, delicious finger food and great people to meet. I will definitely participate again.
