• Intermediate Art Skills (THURSDAYS) – Term 2

    TERM 2 STARTS:

    Thursday 23rd April - Thursday 18th June 2026

    Suitable for ages 8 - 12 yrs $380 Incl. gst   A structured junior class providing formal instruction for middle-grade creators. Teaching the rudiments of drawing in a simplified way, with added attention to detail and technique. Students are guided step-by-step to complete a different artwork each week, covering a variety of subject matter and materials. Lessons start with popular warm-up drawing games such as speed drawing and blind drawing. The focus is on fun and confidence-building! This class will learn with Graphite & Coloured Pencils; Black-line Markers; Soft pastels and Watercolours. Duration: 2 Hours, Every Thursday for Nine weeks (Starting Thursday 23rd April 2026) Location: Miami Business Centre 6 / 2190 Gold Coast Highway, Miami, Gold Coast Time: 3.30 PM - 5.30 PM What to bring Junior Premium Art Pack - please see 'Premium Art Pack' for what you will need to bring. A structured class for young creators, starting with popular warm-up drawing games. The focus is on fun and confidence building! Content: Covering a variety of subjects using the three main types of drawing – Observation, Memory and Imagination. Lessons in Realistic, Still-Life, Animated Characters, Fantasy and Perspective Drawing. Teaching advanced elements of drawing with close attention to detail, technique and materials. Students are guided step-by-step to complete a different artwork each week, covering a variety of subject matter and materials. Lessons start with popular warm-up drawing games such as speed drawing and blind drawing. The focus is on fun and confidence-building while deepening those neural pathways, as well as providing some quality off-screen time! This class will learn with Graphite & Coloured Pencils; Black-line Markers; Soft pastels and Watercolours.     Suitable for ages 14 - 18 yrs $345 Incl. gst

    Personal Projects. Professional Guidance. Real Artistic Growth.

    For teens who are ready to move beyond casual art classes and begin developing a serious body of work, this is a personalised studio program designed to refine skill, confidence and creative direction.

    Each student works on individual focus projects tailored to their ability, interests and evolving style. With small class sizes and dedicated one-on-one mentoring from Miss Diana, teens receive the kind of structured guidance typically found in pre-tertiary art programs.

    Throughout the term, students will:

    ✨ Develop original concepts and cohesive project ideas
    ✨ Create mood boards and composition studies
    ✨ Strengthen realism, light logic and advanced drawing skills
    ✨ Choose and apply mediums with intention
    ✨ Refine and resolve portfolio-quality artworks
